Standing rib roast is one of my very favorite dishes. It is a prime cut of beef that has a beautiful marbled look to it. The key to cooking a great standing rib roast is to ensure that the roast is seasoned properly. To do this, you will need to liberally season the outside of the roast with salt and pepper. You can also add other herbs such as rosemary or thyme and let rest after cooking for additional flavor.
Oh! So if you think this delightful side dish can only be made at Japanese restaurants, I’ll show you how simple it is in your own Kitchen!
Did someone say savory, yes I did. With this great simple dish, you will never have a problem serving the kiddies vegetables again, and it’s shaped like a pie!

I can definitely see why this is a classic dinner combo! The combination of the savory pork chops, mushrooms, and sweet applesauce creates a perfect balance of flavors. Plus, asparagus adds a nice crunch and a healthy dose of vitamins to your meal. Enjoy this classic dinner combo!
