My Mama’s Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 LBS. ground beef
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 T (or more) granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3-4 eggs
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
Mix eggs, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper mix together welluntil uniform and roll into meatballs.

These delicious meatballs were my Mothers recipe, we only used regular ground beef. Other folk used ground beef, pork & veal in their mix. We couldn’t afford the luxury of several meats, so this is what I grew up on, it is amazing & we loved it.
