Allan’s Famous Smoked Ribs

Ingredients

  • Pellets used for a smoker
  • Preheat Smoker at 275 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • 2 full Racks of Ribs.
  • Lather mustard on both sides of ribs
  • Add Natalie’s dry rub (see in video)
  • Place ribs on the smoker bone side up, for 45 minutes.
  • Remove ribs from the smoker.
  • Place ribs in aluminum foil shaped like a boat
  • Pour 1 cup of apple juice over the ribs.
  • Generously pour honey over ribs.
  • Place another piece of foil over top and make a nice seal over the ribs.
  • Place ribs on smoker,  bones down for 1 hour.
  • Remove ribs from the smoker and remove foil.
  • Turn smoker up to 350 degrees
  • Place ribs back in the smoker for 30 minutes.
  • Remove ribs from the smoker Pour your choice of BBQ sauce over ribs.
  • Place ribs back on the smoker and let the BBQ set for 5 minutes.
  • Remove ribs from the smoker and ENJOY!
