Sautéed Veggie Bake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese and mix together sautéed
Instructions
Sautee:
1 cup chopped broccoli, 1 cup chopped onion, ½ cup sliced mushroomsin butter & olive oil, cook until soft, Add the veggies to the eggmixture and stir, pour all youringredients in any 9” pie crust, sprinkle a little extracheese on top and bake at 375 for approx. 45 minutes
