Egg White Bites
Ingredients
- 12 egg whites or 1qt. egg whites
- 2 cup frozen chopped spinach– thaw and squeeze all water out of spinach
- 1/3 cup red sundried tomatopesto
- ½ cup lite sour cream
- 1 T dried onion
- 2 tsp garlic
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar
- 1 cup shredded jack cheese
Instructions
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 mins, let slightly cool then remove from the cooking pan. Please watch the video for fun instructions
