Allan’s Famous Smoked Ribs
Ingredients
- Pellets used for a smoker
- Preheat Smoker at 275 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 2 full Racks of Ribs.
- Lather mustard on both sides of ribs
- Add Natalie’s dry rub (see in video)
- Place ribs on the smoker bone side up, for 45 minutes.
- Remove ribs from the smoker.
- Place ribs in aluminum foil shaped like a boat
- Pour 1 cup of apple juice over the ribs.
- Generously pour honey over ribs.
- Place another piece of foil over top and make a nice seal over the ribs.
- Place ribs on smoker, bones down for 1 hour.
- Remove ribs from the smoker and remove foil.
- Turn smoker up to 350 degrees
- Place ribs back in the smoker for 30 minutes.
- Remove ribs from the smoker Pour your choice of BBQ sauce over ribs.
- Place ribs back on the smoker and let the BBQ set for 5 minutes.
- Remove ribs from the smoker and ENJOY!
