Ingredients
- Braciole (Rolled Meats)
- Sirloin Steak Thinly Sliced
- Spinach
- Red Marinated Peppers
- Pesto
- Chopped Garlic
- Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- Pine Nuts
- Ricotta Cheese
- Gorgonzola Cheese (Italian Blue Cheese)
- Chopped Artichoke Hearts
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
First, spread out the Pesto onto the thinly sliced meat Then spread the Italian seasoned breadcrumbs After that lay out the sweet basil Then start laying down all other ingredients in any order Roll it up with salt & pepper then either use toothpicks or tie them up with cooking strengthen sear them on all sides in sweet butter & light olive oil after that place in Sugu (tomato sauce) and let cook Simmer for approx. 45 minutes, remove and spread sauce over the top Enjoy!
