Cucina's Super Soup

Ingredients
- 64 oz chicken broth regular or low salt
- 14/16 oz can tomatoes crushed or chopped
- 16 oz baby carrots whole or cut in half
- 16 oz celery stalks cut into one inch pieces
- 16 oz mushrooms sliced simi thick
- head cabbage chopped
- 2 onions white onions chopped
- 16 oz baby spinach cut off stems
- 2 or 3 chicken breasts cut up chunk style ( Pre-Cook)
- salt & pepper add to your desire taste
- parmesan cheese finely grated (your choice amount)
Instructions
- Add chicken broth to pan, then tomatoes, carrots and celery, mushrooms, cabbage and stir and blend together well, then add the onions and spinach and stir again then follow up with the Pre-cooked chicken, a little salt & pepper to your desire and let cook at least 90 mins. or more. This is so delicious hearty and healthy, that you'll feel great about what you've prepared for you, your family and friends.
