Zucchini Wedges

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 nicely sizedzucchini’s
  • 1 ½ cups of Panko or Breadcrumbs
  • 1 ½ cups shredded parmesan&
  • Approx. 1 cup grated parmesancheese
  • 2 whole eggs vegetable oilenough to cover the zucchini’s that are frying The Baking:

Instructions

Repeat egg & cheese coating then place of a vented pan if possible then bake At 400 degrees 12 to 15 mins then turn on broil and watch closely that they do not burn!

    Notes

    Zucchini in any form is a great treat, but go ahead and baked it or fry it with a 
    little tender loving care, well you’ll soon find out that you’ll be hooked!
