Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • The Dough: 2 3/4 cups of flour, 1//4 cup of sugar, 1/2 teas. salt & 1 package of instant yeast – mix and set aside.
  • In another bowl add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of water, and 3 T butter melted, mix together and pour into flour.  Mix, form, and knead the dough for 3 minutes. Cover in a bowl for 10 mins.
  • The Filling: 4 T softened butter, 4 teas cinnamon, 1/3 cup sugar mix and roll out and add the filling then roll up, slice and place in a greased pan, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Bake at 375 for 25 mins. Let cool before adding icing
  • The Icing: 2 cups powdered sugar 3 T milk, 2 T of softened butter mix together well.
  • Spread icing over rolls, Enjoy Baby Enjoy!
