Pork Chops, Asparagus And Ice Cold Applesauce

Ingredients

  • A couple of beautiful cutpork chops,
  • One can of Mushroom Soup
  • 10oz. a half a can of water or milk if you desire
  • A bunch of Asparagus,
  • Sauteed in olive oil &butter

Instructions

Brown the pork chops in a skillet with butter and put in an oven-proof pan. Spoon the mushroom soup mixture over each pork chop.  Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 40 to 45 mins. The desired thermometer is 145 medium rare to 160 medium or 170 well done

    Saute the asparagus in a frying pan with olive oil and butter until just tender.

      Don’t forget to enjoy with a side of cold applesauce!
