Sautéed Mexican & Summer Squash

A Beautiful Array Of Luscious Vegetables From The Garden Of The Gods
Prep Time 45 minutes

Instructions

  • Slice squash lengthwise then widthwise
    In a heated sauce pan add a little butter (salted, your choice) garlic ( your amount) and a little olive oil.
    Let the ingredients heat up a little then turn down the heat to a simmer level.
    Add your cut up Squash - stir occasionally & place lid and Sauté until golden brown.
    Place in a serving dish or plate and drizzle your favorite Teriaki Sauce to your desire.
    Then sprinkle Parmesan or Romano Cheese over the top generosly.
    Serve And Enjoy
