- 4 T oil
- 1 stick salted butter
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
- 2 cups heavy cream &
- Parsley at end dish.
