Vito's Wedge Salad

An easy quick crunchy delightful dish you'll enjoy anytime and every time !

Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of lettuce
  • 1 Blue cheese dressing your choice
  • 1 Gorgonzola cheese (Italian Blue Cheese( your choice
  • 1 Red Onion chopped
  • 1 Bacon chopped
  • 1 Cherry / Plum tomatoes chopped
  • 1 Black pepper sprinkled
  • 1 Many options : hard boiled egg, olives etc. your choice on options

Instructions

  • Fry bacon then chop.
    Take the core out of the lettuce.
    Cut lettuce in half then quarter it.
    Generously Pour Blue Cheese dressing over lettuce.
    Spread chopped or sliced Cherry tomatoes all over.
    Spread Gorgonzola cheese on the lettuce.
    Then place to your hearts desire The Bacon.
    Next spread the chopped Red Onion all over.
    Again we pour / drizzle the Blue Cheese Dressing over all.
    And lastly add the Black Pepper.
    Don't be afraid to add options to the toppings such as Hard Boiled Egg
    And Olives etc.etc.
