Pasta Lemon Garlic Butter With Romano Cheese And Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 lb Pene Pasta or your choice pasta
- 4 cloves Garlic crushed / minced
- 1/2 stick Butter salted or not
- 1/4 cup 1/2 and 1/2 milk
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Romano Cheese grated or shredded
- 1 can Chopped Tomatoes drain
- 1 Cracked Pepper sprinkles
- 1 Basil Flakes sprinkles
Instructions
- Cook Penne Past until al dente.' Mix butter garlic lemon juice & half & half and simmer. Then simmer the tomatoes a little. When pasta is cooked, do not wash off. In a separate bowl pour some of the lemon garlic half & half juice in the bowl. Then add in your pasta letting it drain first. Stir quickly add the shredded Romano Cheese and stir Then add in the tomatoes and stir again. After that sprinkle the basil and lastly add the pepper Stir and enjoy !
