- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Granulated Garlic
- 4 to 6 tsp Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Using a two pound Tri Tip - Room Temperature for two hours Then use a fork to poke the meat several times on each sideSpread Soy Sauce all over Sprinkle Salt Sprinkle Pepper Sprinkle Granulated Garlic Using a BBQ grill - heat approx to 350 & 400 degreesIf you have a two burner BBQ, place Tri Tip in the center with flames on both sides.Cook for 15 to 18 minutes - then flip over and cook the other for the same.NOTE : ONLY FLIP ONE TIME - IMPORTANT Results should be a Medium to Medium Rare If you like it Well Done - Cook Longer
- For The Baked Potato Use Butter Salt & Pepper A1 Sauce Sour Cream Then sprinkle chopped Green Onion Stems over the top - Looks Beautiful
