For meringue pietopping: ½ cup white sugar ½ cup liteKaro corn syrup 6 T water ¼ tsp cream of tartar, a pinch of salt 2 egg whites
Instructions
Line the graham cracker pie shell with banana slices. Fill the banana cream pudding into the pie shell. Add more banana slices on top of the pudding. For a twist we added a meringue topping and browned it with a kitchen browning torch. Simply delicious and looks great too!
