Summer Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- Rotini Colored Pasta 2lbs
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Black Olives
- Castelvetrano Olives (fromSicily)
- Italian Dressing Your Choice
- Cucumber
- Artichoke Hearts Chopped
- Red Onion
Instructions
Cook pasta, drain and lightly coat with Italian dressing. Chop all vegetables, toss together and add more dressing.

My Fusilli ( pasta) is a corkscrew-shaped pasta. This salad is a summertime delight with olives and tomatoes. By using the corkscrew shaped pasta it holds on to the Italian dressing of your choice.
